Everything below is included as part of the Winter Work Japan programme:
- Pre-arranged winter job placement (3–4 months) includes subsidised shared staff accomodation*
- Step-by-step Working Holiday Visa application guidance
- Pre-departure session + prep materials
- Advice from our Japan specialist
- 24/7 emergency assistance and Japanese-speaking support
- Airport meet & greet (airport, arrival times and dates vary)
- Arrival orientation in Tokyo or Sapporo*; includes: a prep session, walking tour, a lunch, ¥1,000 Kombini voucher and a travel card
- 3 nights’ accommodation during arrival orientation
- Winter Work Japan t-shirt & tote bag
- Winter Work Japan WhatsApp group with other participants
*Contract length differs by employer. Accommodation is usually shared hostel-style housing, payment taken monthly out of salary. Your arrival orientation location will depend on your placement location.
